Job Summary:
Additional resource need on the VINReal team to support the onboarding of the VINReal In Plant In Transit project. This contract position will support the onboarding/kick off of this project. At this time it’s unknown if this contract role will need to be transitioned into an FTE to support the project long term.
The *Specialist, Product* will manage small to mid-sized projects that support the assigned product area by coordinating the development, delivery, maintenance and communication of various product milestones. The Specialist will support roadmap development, new product/feature launches and platform related projects and work cross-functionally to resolve issues.
The Sr. Specialist will gather requirements, working closely with the product team to ensure changes are aligned with overall product strategy.
Essential Job Functions:
# Own the day to day processes, coordination, and execution of assigned projects and recommend changes to improve efficiencies.
# Work with internal teams to create/coordinate content to be used for marketing, executive meetings, presentations, or training.
# Manage multiple sub-projects simultaneously, working with teams to resolve issues and identify areas of concern or opportunity.
# Contribute to, develop or lead presentations related to assigned project area of focus.
# Support development of program or project updates as needed.
# Collaborate with internal and external partners, ensuring completion of deliverables.
# Interface with internal and external customers to align business needs for project launch.
# Stay up-to-date on reporting, data or metrics for assigned projects and provide insight and recommendations.
# Define analytics requests and work with analytics team to provide performance analysis allowing for more strategic recommendations to enterprise, partners, and clients.
Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements: Experience
* Digital Marketing experience (3-5 years).
* Project coordination experience delivering on customer business needs (3-5 years).
* Demonstrated experience moving from task-oriented outputs to a collaborative, interactive approach within core job functions.
* Experience with automotive projects related to OEMs or dealers preferred.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
* Understanding of the automotive landscape, i.e. dealers and OEM._
* Ability to read, analyze, interpret product performance data._
* Proactively problem-solve and multitask while maintaining composure and attention to detail.
* Follow through mindset to uphold a ‘close the loop’ culture.
* A positive approach to serving customers and providing exceptional customer service.
* Ability to demonstrate good judgment, high ethics and project a professional image.
