Key Job Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting for ArcGIS Software including ArcMap, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Enterprise

• Perform routine administration such as setting up new users

• Installing and configuring ArcGIS Desktop applications

• Edit and maintain Mobile GR GIS data including Parking, Transit, and Traffic Control

• Collect or verify field data using ArcGIS Collector

• Facilitate communication between end-users and the IT department

• Develop and maintain documentation pertaining to Mobile GR workflows and GIS data

• Monitor and coordinate resolution of ArcGIS service desk tickets

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Geographic Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics or related degree. A combination of education, experience and training may be considered in lieu of a formal degree

• Ability to provide written documentation and correspondence on a single application

• Ability to develop and a present a plan to other members of the project team

• Ability to resolve/manage conflict within a team

• Ability to perform basic troubleshooting within a single application

• Understanding of ITIL concepts

• Self-motivated and directed, can define team direction

Job Summary:

Additional resource need on the VINReal team to support the onboarding of the VINReal In Plant In Transit project. This contract position will support the onboarding/kick off of this project. At this time it's unknown if this contract role will need to be transitioned into an FTE to support the project long term.

The *Specialist, Product* will manage small to mid-sized projects that support the assigned product area by coordinating the development, delivery, maintenance and communication of various product milestones. The Specialist will support roadmap development, new product/feature launches and platform related projects and work cross-functionally to resolve issues.

The Sr. Specialist will gather requirements, working closely with the product team to ensure changes are aligned with overall product strategy.

Essential Job Functions:

# Own the day to day processes, coordination, and execution of assigned projects and recommend changes to improve efficiencies.

# Work with internal teams to create/coordinate content to be used for marketing, executive meetings, presentations, or training.

# Manage multiple sub-projects simultaneously, working with teams to resolve issues and identify areas of concern or opportunity.

# Contribute to, develop or lead presentations related to assigned project area of focus.

Job Summary:
The IT Operations Support Engineer is primarily responsible for following and critically reviewing policies and configurations for the use of cloud apps & services, taking responsibility for customer-report issues through troubleshooting to successful resolution, tracking and communication, maintaining a secure cloud environment, ensuring appropriate availability of services, and supporting app/services operations including determining the appropriate escalation path as needed. This role may also require occasional weekend support of planned maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner. This is intended to be an on-going role.

Essential Job Functions:
* Takes ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution
* Researches, diagnoses, troubleshoots and identifies solutions to resolve customer issues
* Follows standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
* Provides prompt and accurate feedback to customers
* Ensures proper recording and closure of all issues
